I currently have a wireless G linksys but i just bought another ps3 and its in my bedroom the connection is only about 77%-85% which does not seem bad i can play warhawk and i dont notice any drop off i can download from PS store not problem, only had issues joining some rooms in warhawk but i usually play sony servers anyway. If your signal strength is close to the same or lower and you have no issues please let me know as well thanks

Anyway how is the N router i see it has much more range and double the speed i just want some perspective from people who have and use for gaming. LInksys has one for only abot 45$ and thinking about making the switch

I played the demo and was not the least bit impressed. I wouldn't even pay $30 for it. It turns out this game sold quite a bit of copies and so that leads me to ask why? Why would you pay $60 for something that I wouldn't even pay $30 for? I wouldn't even pay $30 for it when it was first released.

I ask you when did you purchase your PS3, when the ps3 first came out besides resistance Motorstorm was pretty much the only other game that was actually worth playing. it took a bit for games to start rolling out and this was not a bad pick up. Its way better than some games that have come out like soldier of fortune payback(i would pay 60$ to the creator to keep that piece of poo away from me

Without a doubt. Very, very teambased. The shocking thing is the almost everyone uses a mic online. It is unbelievable. You know how in Call of Duty 4 and Battlefield nobody ever talks, well I notcied in the Socom beta everyone is very chit-chatty and your teamates call people out when they see them and stuff. If you just run and gun, and don't stick with your team...you will die, many times.

this is the best part anyone who knows socom well knows everyone or about 90% actually use a mic and talk as its very neccessary for strategy. i have not played since socom 2 but the minute i jumped on beta for the first time talk between my team was the frist thing i noticed after playing COD4 for such a long time.
