Don't forget Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. This game looks like it will be a close contender to Dante's Inferno & God of war 3 aswell. It may arrive a bit later but so far it looks amazing. And its castlevania!

Punch out not a fighting game? lol. What is it then a shooter? it may not be realistic or have a similar gameplay style to Fight Night, but its still a boxing game.
Are you only looking for RTS games? if so i can't really help you. But Mount & Blade is one heck of a amazing game. One of the best i've played, graphics may be outdated but it has a mix of rts/action so i have a feeling your like it. It's defintley epic commanding your army of 100+
If just epic games in general then there is quite a few! the most epic recent game i would suggest is The Witcher. Mass Effect & Elder scrolls IV are also epic :)
So you never actuley get to control the guy? thats all you do through the whole game is just press buttons? hmm i'm not sure if i'll like that but i guess i'll have to try it and see. Also what happened to the amazing graphics i saw on some screenshots before? there was some woman and it looked almost like real life. Now from that video the graphics were no way up to par with what i was expecting.
Zelda Wii
Diablo 3
Elder Scrolls V
clyde46.
World of Warcraft - released in 2004.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - released in 2007.
Good try, though. :D
Deathlessness
Erm, aren't you kind of contradicting yourself? if Call of duty 4 was released in 2004 i can guarentee it would have less players now, than if it was released in 2007. So the later release is actuley helping it. Plus WoW has had ALOT more unique players, but yes it has been out longer, but it still has had more.

Then again, that's just my own opinion. But, IMO, no other game will be able to compete with it. Both at popularity and sales areas.
StarCraft II will most probably be one of the, if not the biggest title of the decade.
The whole South Korea is waiting at its toes for a release. SC is a professional sport there.Of course, you don't have to agree with my opinion. So, what's yours favourite for the biggest title of 2009?SamusTehSexxy
This, MW2 and Sims 3 are likely to be the biggest sellers of the year. The game I'm most looking foward to this year is probably Assassins Creed 2 or Borderlands.
you are forgetting Wii Sports Resort and New Mario Bros Wii Wii Sports sold 45 Million World Wide.. NMB on DS sold 20 million world wide.. those two combined are more then Starcraft 2 Sims 2 (without expansion packs) and Modern Warfare combinedWhile i agree with you that those 2 games will most likely outsell all of the above, if we're talking literally "overshadowing" the most games, then starcraft 2 will win, not cause it will sell more, just cause it's a game alot more people will play regurely, and those will be hardcore players. Meaning it's a game your hear about alot more for the years to come. Thats pretty much fact.
I don't like this idea, but then i knew i wouldn't like any idea that gives the worser players to get through an hard game. Mainly because i'm quite a good player and enjoy a challenge, but also because the community feel i had with OOT cannot be beaten, and TP in comparision was silly.
I'm sure anyone here who was at school when OOT released. Will remember the days of everyone discussing how to get through that water temple / beat this boss ect, and i really enjoyed that kind of stuff. Now it seems like it's impossible to brag about completing a game, because almost anyone can cause there's cheats everywhere. With this, it will be even worse.
Its a good idea, but they better offer a "hard" mode for Zelda Wii and without this added onto it. Otherwise i wont be happy!!
Lmao.
