Even tho what i`ll say has nothing to do with RE5 wii. It has to do with RE and the wii anyways i was doing my regular surfing on the capcom RE forum and i believe WII owners will get a new RE game maybe the hybrid Resident Evil game that was rumor a few months back.

• one of the user had order a resident evil archives action figure and they were delayed until next week. Note in the past the action figure had info regarding new RE games ALA darkside chronicles ECT.

• Interwork is working on new Wii Peripherals based on the Resident evil franchises which will be a Resident Evil Magnu and A knife kit

Hopefully capcom doesn`t dissapoint us this time around, and my opinion on RE5 on the wii, it is possible they won`t do it though as i said before they will wait until nintendo`s new console is out and just do a straight port which will cost them less and they could still make profit off an old game.

knowing capcom they will wait for the next nintendo console and release it as a straight up port, in the meanwhile keep your finger cross for any news of a new game in the next couple of weeks, i smell a remake of RE2.

Mega Man X9 ( idk what to say story wise , i gave up on mega man when it went 3D ,so hell just make a MMX game with 2.5D graphics and co-op and it will be good)

Resident Evil: Progenitor "You follow the struggles of Agent Leon S. Kennedy as he breaks into one of umbrella abandoned facilities as he investigates you are knocked out by an stranger who ends up to be none other than Alex Wesker. When waking up you realize you have been injected this virus and now you must find a cure, or else you're dead. The games allows you to play on the regular over the shoulder view and by press the + button you can change to a first person view to examine the areas better and also kill your enemies, much like what other M will offer, one last thing you must finish the game similar to the resident evil outbreak games where the virus will slowly over take you and if you fool around much your are screwed.

well capcom would be fools to base any future decision of resident evil games the wii base on 2 old ports of a game that are on the gamecube with nothing new at all.

Yes it is a good game way better than umbrella chronicles, and one thing i`m glad that darkside chronicles prove to them is that Resident evil 5 isn`t inpossible on the Wii.

i guess this is how they are thinking which is sad and when their game don`t sell well much like how the darkside chronicles did they will go and blame the console and the fanbase on the console... *sad* is there any way to contact capcom just wondering? i know it is useless but idk

i know but the problem with the archives games is that it is just a port of the gamecube version and it has nothing new not even the option to use the control style that resident evil 4 had.
