i have to say i`m sad that there hasn`t been a new mario party game in a while but the last one i enjoyed and payed full price for was mario party 4. after that they have go down the drain imo.

Armageddon was a lot weaker than any other MK I've every played (and i've played hem all)
Armageddon was weak as well in all honesty, it was like a cut down version of MK deception with more characters. the MK series had its ups and downs.
indeed armageddon also is much more of a dumb down version in the way it plays compare to deception and deadly alliance.
well i can say this, if you get mk deception (with the 2 disks, not hard tofind)you get mortal kombat one for the ps2. thats only if you dont have a system that plays the original mk or if you really want it for ps2. i have the original mortal kombat on many plats and the ps2 version is as good as the sega genisis version. gold is not very good at all either, i mean if you are getting them to collect them then get them all...but number 4 and gold are both pretty bad. ultimate mk3 is real good though...but basically the bare bones versionof mk trilogy.

sadly i got deception in the 3 package collection together with mk armaggedon and shaolin monks. so i`m left alone to get it on either the genesis or the snes. and thanks ^^ i guess i`ll leave both gold and 4 for last and focus on getting a sealed new mk trilogy for the ps1.
good luck with mk4, trilogy is amazing but 4 is by far the worst mortal kombat in the main series.

if that the case is mortal kombat gold any better from the original i know it is a remake of 4 xD just wondering sorry for all these questions. i`m just trying to finish my collection and all i`m missing is simply mortal kombat 1, ultimate mk 3, trilogy, gold and deadly alliance xD. imo special force isn`t a mk game !_! *pull eyes out*
well i was looking to buy both trilogy and mortal kombat 4 and i`m wondering if there is any difference between the n64 version and the ps1 version? because if there isn`t any i`ll just go for the n64 version because the catriges are just durable as hell xD. anyways thanks in advanced
i think these games will be the farewell gift from nintendo to the wii. idk it seem to me that way and maybe sometime later this year they will announce a new console if they do this they can pretty much use all their other franchises like f-zero, star fox and so on as lunch titles. idk that`s just my thoughts =3.
