I did not form my opinion that way. Im just making the point that their complaints are usesless and irrelevant because they do not influence the direction that the game industry takes. In fact as far as I can tell they don't influence anything. They are just a few futile voices on internet message boards that only that small group of fans gives a crap about.

Sure it does. You just won't admit it because it's your opinion that is so irellevant. It generally boils down to a simple "I dont like Game X becuase I enjoyed Game X-1 a certain way and that's the only "proper" way to do it. This is a farciacal bastardizing blasphemy( and insert whatever other mellodramatic exagerations you like as to completely blow the issue out of proporation here) etc etc. Lets file an online petition that will be ignored by everyone! etc etc...

Then most other people either

A.) havnt played New Game X-1 because like most cult-niche games it is wildly overrated by their rabid cult fan base and most people in reality would not give a crap about this game.

B.) They liked the old style but are ready to move on.
