There is no wrong way to score a passing touchdown. If it's thrown in the air and caught in the endzone its a passing TD. Tebow is just an all around much much much better player than Matt Ryan. Sure he runs I didn't know that that was a bad thing.

Matt Ryan had 1000 yards more than Tebow with twice as man throws!

Ryan has 4258 passing yards on 366/607 passes

Tebow has 3132 passing yards on 217/317 passes

Not only is Tebow more accurate but his passes on average go for more yardage than Ryans do!

Tebow almost has as much rushing yards as the BC running back does on less carries also.

I would rather have Tebow than Matt Ryan and his RB anyday seeing as how combined he is better than the both of them.

On another note Dan Conner winning Bednarik was flipping rediculous the guy didn't even win his postion award! I would have been fine with both Dorsey or Laurintas winning but Conner winning just tells me the awarding committee is full of retards. And don't get me started on Antoine Cason winning the Thorpe over both Silva and Steltz

Ryan one the Unitas Golden Arm award which I think still should have gone to Tebow. And he is a QB just because he can run doesn't make him any less of a passer, just look at his stats fool.

Wow Antoine Cason wins the Thorpe award....that doesn't make much sense I didn't even consider him a candidate thought it was only between Steltz and Silva.

Not really, after seeing his game plan for the past couple of weeks I wouldn't mind seeing a new DC. One that will blitz on a consistent basis.

The National Championship game is going lack a little luster after this loss. If LSU had converted those first two FG's into TD's the game would have been over, but they let Arkansas hang in there. Matt Flynn played a terrible game, I questioned his decisions on several throws. After seeing DMac go for 200+ it really makes me appreciate how Auburn held him to under 50.geaux321

The main reasons why we lost the game was because of Matt Flynn and Gary Crowton. Matt played like crap and Gary Crowton sucks so much for him being an offensive master mind (See the sweep pass on fourth down, that was just a retarded call on Crotwons part). After the first quater I knew we going down.

Your argument is so full of holes its rediculous, because of that I'll just say this: Go outside with your friends play a game of football without pads and tell me that isn't violent. Better yet go play rugby and tell me thats not violent. The game was made to hit people not touch them and say "Jolly good run chap"

Football is a punk sport now with all the new rules and regulations they come up with every year (Good example: All of the time changes to speed up the game) The game has been taken out of players hands and put into the grasps of the officials.

It's not like he tried to hurt him.

I understand, but I don't believe the motive should matter. The point is that FSU player knew the possiblity of injuring Brennan with a hit of that magnitude existed, yet he followed through with the hit anyway. The other point is that Brennan did end up getting hurt. That's why hits of that magnitude should be outlawed, regardless of motive.

OMG who cares? These guys play one of if not the most dangerous sport in the world! When I played I played for the big hits. If the person got hurt whatever, I could care less. I was kicked off my team for that mind set. And why? Because I like hitting people? To remove big hits from a game, THIS game, is dumb. There's always a chance someone could get hurt regardless of the "magnitude" of the hit. I'm so extremely tired of people retarding football and making it into a punk sport it seems now. Sure it protects the players, but for the most part these players love the dangerous aspect of the game.

Besides that, the hit was clean it was not helmet-to-helmet. If you watch the clip he hits Brennan with his chest while exploding with his arms not his head although it is close. And like someone else stated if he wanted to hurt Brennan he most definitly could have.

What exactly happened to Booty? He seems to of fell off everyones radars...

Looks like Jarret and Smith were carrying him more then most realized.

geaux321

He's a Booty thats why he fell off. People in Louisiana know about the Booty's which is why we didn't recruit JDB hard.

What's ole Josh Booty up to now? And what about Abrahm?

Josh is still bumming around in the Free Agency market (Was let go by the Raiders this year) and Abram has settled down and is a vp of some Finacial Service place.
