Pft so much cheaper ar Walmart!

I'm going to be purchasing a new gaming rig soon. I don't have the time to build one and I know just enough to get me in trouble with PC hardware. I know some of the basics RAM, GPU, PSU but what mother board, processor etc.? IS the i7 the best right now. I like Nvidia graphics cards and intel. I know AMD and Intel is a big debate but whatev.

I was thinking dual 580 gpu and 850 psu? 16gb RAM or higher?

IS liquid cooling more of a hassle or should I just stick with the regular cooling systems?

I was also thinking 4.0ghz? what kind of processor/ motherboard for ultimate gaming?

I don't want to have to upgrade this thing in a year or so...

I admit i'm somewhat of a noob (when it comes to the hardware) but I'm asking for real help here not arguments over intel/AMD, Nvidia/ATI etc.
