Yes. The games are region free, not the PS3 itself.

But a game CAN be region locked if the publisher want it to be (I don't think I'm wrong about this but...)

I don't have a PS3 yet, I plan on buying one soon though... and I was wondering when this "Home" is gunna come out?.. It looks interesting and is the only thing fueling my want for PS3 except for NG, Resistance, and Blu Ray.

Congrats! HOME will be out this September. Make sure you download the Uncharted trailer and purchase Calling All Cars. There's a bunch of stuff to DL so why not get to it? =P
