I honestly don't think this game will do too well. I hope it does though, the screenshots look great.

I don't like it at all personally. RE4 was great as an action game but it's not what I expect from a Resident Evil game. It lacked the atmosphere and "horror" factor of the original games. Everything from the new controls and the camera seem to bring something new and and evolutionary to the series while taking away the core RE feeling for me. RE5 will be an improved RE4 and take the game into an even more action oriented direction which is fine because it's Capcom's game but not what I'm looking when I play. I'll still play it for what it is though.Flamestos
Exactly this.

Exactly my thoughts. And I'm not even that big a FPS fan.

The PS3 version is pretty blurry, too. I never really noticed until I played it in HD. Looks pretty bad IMO.BZSIN
Agreed. I used to play in SD and when I switched to HD I really noticed it.

[QUOTE="LightReflection"]They're previewing the preview build. Old.-DrRobotnik-
So the final build with have a reworked story with interesting objectives? I sure hope so, because thats the biggest downfall for me.

No I'm saying this was done a month ago. Story doesn't really bother me in an FPS and as for the objectives, I don't see anything so *bad* about what they noted. Christ, did you want them to reinvent the wheel? I'm expecting a solid FPS game and I'm positive that's what we'll get.

Old style. I only got a deflated feeling from RE4, it honestly didn't do much for me.

PS3 is coming... :p I'm hoping KZ2 does well, it will be the first console FPS game I've bought in years.

A great games catalogue and I'm pretty sure the RROD is (finally) under control. I would buy one but I just don't have the room/time for more than one console.
