I already pre-purchased both fallout and bioshock, so this is coming from someone with your taste in (upcoming lol) games. And I really hate sims, spore etc... But I really realy want LBP and have since they announced it, it just looks so great and the possibilities for what you can do are ahaping up to be limitless... Wait till it comes out and give it a rent, only then will you know if you actually like or dislike it. We all know that sometimes games we criticize end up being sweet for a reason we didn't think of before the game was released.

It still An RPG because it has RPG like elements like strategizing attacks and leveling up. Nowadays adventure games and almost every other genre have leveling up. It's not really that the term RPG is used loosely, it's the fact that so many games borrow elements from RPG's like fallout and mass effect. Valkyria Chronicles is pretty much a Fire Emblem or Advance Wars for PS3. Those types of games are know as a certain type of RPG's. Just like in today's world there are adventure games and platformers. Back in the old days, platformers were considered adventure games. Back when RPG's were in their prime was when these names and types were created. gamenerd15

Yea but Fallout and mass effect are actual RPGs because yo actually take on the Role of a character that you customize completely and decide where they go and what they say... Hence the term ROLE Playing Game.

I've got no money either... :( However back in the summer when I wasn't in school and was still working I pre-paid for fallout 3 and bioshock!! (lol I was thinkin ahead) so if I do by chance have an extra $60 I might pick up Lil Big Planet but considering that I'm already getting 2 games that week I'll probably wait.

The original GTA was the only GTA that I thought was any fun at all. The other ones were all pretty crappy and boring.

You might have to start over... you should really try the quicksave too, I'm pretty sure you just hold the start button down whenever you want to save... That way if your game does freeze and corrupt your file you've got another ;)

Hmm the best... There is no best really... Of my collection I'm happiest with the Orange box, its fun, it's big and it's cheap ($30)... And if you haven't played any of those games its a great value. I'm guessin you would've bought Metal Gear Solid already if you wanted it, and since you're still responding on this forum it's probably not the answer you're looking for. Also Resistance and Motorstorm are worth mentioning as they are both players choice now and you can pick them all up for about $30. So if you don't wanna dish out 60 on any other game you could always go with 2 $30 games huh??

The Orange Box is only thirty bucks and is well worth it if you haven't already played it... Also Darkness is only $20 most places. Resistance has gone players choice too.
