Jess, glad you are back, but I'm happy with you, Mary, or who ever on your fine team does the news. Glad you get time off to relax. Lastly, love that t-shirt. Clever.
Hey, I only got news items 5 and 4. Where are 3, 2 and 1? Your video came in short. I was also surprised as it's usually posted on the main page but I had come hunting for it. Hmm, did I take it out of the oven too soon? Is this a new form of streaming content? You add to the video throughout the day as Mary films and edits? So it starts at 1 minute, then a few hours later it's 2 minutes long, and on and on.
Call everyone back from the weekend. There is work to be completed. ;-)
On the upgraded PS4, if Sony offered some sort of credit for the current PS4 that allows one to move to the new system for... ~$75 more, that might be exciting. Otherwise I think they will just upset their current customer base.
This video started so "sweet" I thought it was a set up for a joke. But no, you pulled it off. Nicely done. Hmm, I wonder how you would do one for Fallout Shelter? Mary standing among ruins heading into a vault.... ;-)
@cjimrun: I agree with you also. One just has to look at some very popular games like FTL, Minecraft, etc... and realize that creativity and a large fun-factor are more important. Even Fallout 4 took a step back on graphics to make sure the game play was there and performance didn't suffer. Sure in their case if they could, they would have upped the visual presentation. But if the game is not fun, a 4K presentation of it won't make it any better.
@hystavito: I do enjoy the graphic updates people are making to keep the old games alive and appealing. At least they tide us over till the next versions come out. Now if only Disney would come out with a modern X-Wing or TIE Fighter game for today's system. That would be an instance Christmas for me. ;-)
Oh look, the comment section is like the cliche field of fallen snow... unsullied. Great, everyone else came to the idea of, "hey, nothing to really comment on. Let's leave the comments area all fresh and nice..." And then I come stumbling along. D'oh.
I look back at my tracks, "Oh look, the comment section..." Sorry everyone. Next time I'll be more careful. ;-)
