I second the recommendation on Mario Kart. Asphalt on the DSiware shop is pretty good too, and it's only 800 points.

Even I, the most notoriously cranky member of the whole forum-lands, can find a pleasing title to play while I'm waiting for something else to pop up... I find it hard to believe that the poster has this spiffy new sex-pot of a piece of hardware and NOTHING to put in it!!! C'mon, let's help this poor lost soul fill up a gig or two...

You can download them from Media Go on your PC, or via a PS3, but they're still the same PSN games. As for getting games not on the PSN, get a 3000 model or something. Then you can actually play the whole library of PSP games...

For me, the two games that I find myself playing the most are Dissidia and Rock Band: Unplugged. Maybe one of those would be good?

Agreeing that a FTB3 demo would be cool. Other than that, I'm not hoping for anything in particular.

I'm a newcomer to the fighting game scene as well (not counting Smash Bros, of course), so the only one of those I've played is Dissidia, but from what I've played of it, it's a great game. Definitely not your traditional fighting game, which is probably why I enjoyed/enjoy it so much.

yeah same, final fantasy IV is better in almost everyway IMO.

If it hadn't been named Final Fantasy, I doubt a lot of people would be saying how awesome it was/is. It's a good RPG, yes, but with all the more innovative RPGs already on the DS, the only thing that stood out to me was its name.
