While I enjoy gaining medals in the most recent "SOCOM", I think that with all of the cheating and hacking out there that trophies on PSP would be a slightly pointless system. It's just too open a platform for such reward systems to be legitimized in any meaningful way.

Just my 2 cents.

They didn't say for sure, but I'm guessing that this date's for Japan. So if it's true, it should release in NA before June '11. Who knows, maybe they're talking about release for BOTH Japan and NA before March '11.

As the others said, it was probably luck. Maybe your cartridge got trapped in the pocket of a pair of pants and wa protected from the brunt of the water damage or something. Here's an idea- stick a DS game into the washer outside of your pockets and try itagain, then come back and tell us what happens. :P

You should just update your psp to the latest firmware OR just use Media GO. It's not like the PSN on the psp is a brand new feature. I assume you have a computer if you posted on here. MediaGo actually works great. The only drawback is you still have to turn your psp on, but you use the usb instead of wifi to download games.

And it downloads a little bit faster via Media Go for most people as well.

Get a Go. It is a lot better than the 3000.

Except for the fact that, you know, it doesn't actually play UMD's? I mean, why pay more for a few exclusive features if you can't play the whole library of games on it?

I wouldn't give a great recommendation for Field Runners. For the 7 dollars you pay for it, it's not really all that strategic. You just make the longest path possible using the towers and let it do the work. It's long enough for the money and it looks really good, but the gameplay's not all that strong.

Hehe, that's going to be fun. I haven't played FFVII enough yet (actually, I just started it like today ironically) so I can't be fair with it.

I watched the video, and it looks very interesting. You can change just about everything.
