O.o of all crappy games out for PS2, you chose them above all else?

I say Ultimate Alliance. I hate it so much :)

P.S. the Bloody Roar games weren't that bad. Maybe I liked them cuz I thought transforming into animals was cool. And I was 12. And it was very simple. And I had no other games for Gamecube. But it's still cool.

Yup! Daxter was great in those games. Man, I love the Jak & Daxter games. I'm even about to get Jak X, and I don't even like racing games.

But yeah, here are a few.

I think this topic sounds more important than it really is. You were just being a good guy who wanted to make your family happy. Ok so even if you are a hypocrit gamer who's friends are.... they're discourages at you right (big deal)?... so what? You'd rather tell your neices to buzz off instead because you didn't stand by some petty princible?

I'd recommend the following -

Zelda Phantom Hourglass

Super Mario 64 DS

Pokemon Diamond or Pearl

Elite Beat Agents

And lastly I recommend some sort of DS.. well.. job game, I guess. C'mone you gotta have a job! There's Phoenix Wright (be a lawyer), Trauma Center: Under the Knife (be a doctor!), Hotel Dusk: Room 215 (be a detective!) or Cooking Mama (be a ... stay at home mom who cooks or something!).

Yes, I feel the same way as you do. Infact, I'm very close to saying the DS sucks. But I get my mind changed by a selection of few games. There are times where I wish I had gotten a PSP instead but PSP's games just seem like.. I don't know how put this lightly but "PS2 games that never made it". DS games just seem so much more original and DS is a system all it's own whereas PSP seems like Sony just wants to remind you that they're products are out there when you're not near an electical outlet (not trying to bash, hell, I still plan to get a PSP).

I played Elite Beat Agents, loved it. Super Mario 64 DS, it was like I was 11 all over again. Pokemon Diamond, a great game with lots of replay value and Hotel Dusk: Room 215, a very stylish game. I have a few more but I think you get my point. But again, I do feel like we've been overridden with too many gimmicky RPG's, 2D Platformers and Puzzle games for the DS. I mean, enough's enough.

This is why I can't wait until '08. Already, I am planning to buy Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword and hopefully, I'll find more ineteresting games. 'Til then...
