I'll probably be the only one picking this game. A pirate MMO called Pirates of the Burning Sea. Just because I helped with some ideas for that game and have been following it for awhile.

Is that poster a cow? MS did lose millions and there was a thread that someone was making it look like as if MS losing billons was better than Sony losing them.

I think the big difference is that Microsoft can afford to lose millions. They've said that they have no intention of leaving and, with their finances in the state they are in, they could theoretically just HANDOUT the damn machines until they've driven out their competitors. Sony, even though they're a robust entity, hardly has the warchest that Microsoft hands.

 On the other hand, I really hope this signals a turn for the better for the PLAYSTATION 3. I totally dig my PS2 and PS1 (or is it PSX? Way back when it first came out, and I worked at a video store, all of our Sony order forms labelled the titles as "PSX Game.") I would really like for the PLAYSTATION 3 to be a more.... palatable product.

Considering some of those titles sold 10 million copies, not to mention the series have lived so long, that is impressive.

I certianly don't want to diminish Final Fantasy or its highly impressive sales. 

But I do want to point out that the Mario franchise has sold 193 million units in its time.
