they're doing a good job so far, one of the best anime's and an awesome game adaptation....

@hellfyre7: I wasn't a fan of motorstorm or Drive Club really so no I am talking about 2 games....

motorstorm mud racing?? yeah game wasn't fun and I did play a few full races....just wasn't impressed....

@Dilandau88: actually the movie...is on the way out, first week earnings are low and TLJ are the lowest SW take ever cus it's sh**t you'd know this if you paid attention....

the movie may not be an outright flop but the brand is dead or diminished greatly thanks to all of the newer movies.....

SW7 was horrible, dumb retarded plot, a plot that goes nowhere, a rehash of ANH, surprise another sith war and massive battle station, a weak ass villain to boot.....

SWRO, a retelling of a story we saw in Dark Forces and even changed the name of Jan Orso.....they cut Kyle Katarn out and a mission where everyone dies, oh and they make the alliance out to be weak minded and a group of squabbling fools....not the smart freedom fighters wee see a week later in the timeframe of the movies....ugh fracking dumb as sh** when you think about it....

and TLJ I won't even go into cus it's next level stupidity....quit being a blind apologist and accept the truth, there's other things to be a fan of that's better, like Babylon 5, Star Trek TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT.....hell Stargate is viable....

@Dilandau88: it's dead.....look at the merch, they can't even sell the toys, the so called new fans don't care enough to even want the toys?? my generation we had to have it all.....I never had the money for the MF or some of the bigger stuff like that but I had a X-Wing and a TIE Interceptor see even then I was a little different, everyone else had the TIE Fighter, i had the interceptor cus it looked cooler....

I had most of the action figures and when SW kinda died off in the 80's I moved on to GI JOE and Tranformers...but could never afford stuff like the hovercraft among other larger items and I never had Optimus Prime or megatron, Soundwave, Shockwave or Skyfire but I had Ratchet, Jazz, Cliffjumper, Ironhide, Bumblebee, Blur from the movie & I had Hot Rod.....also had a bunch of smaller ones but GI Joe was my second biggest collection after SW.....I had Snake Eyes, Duke, Dusty, Cobra Commander in 3 forms, 3 or 4 BAT's, the Alley Viper [original version, orange and blue camo, face shield, riot shield, SMG weapon, he was my fave] I had Salvo, Tunnel Rat & Law and Order [the MP and dog] among many others.....goddamn that list goes on and on....

in the past the SW brand sold like crazy but now it sells for crap, people know the movies suck and they aren't buying the toys....or any collectibles for that matter....

you can truly gauge a brand's popularity by how well the merch sells and for a brand that has surplus stock 1 or 2 or even 3 years later you know the strength of the brand is weak as hell.....

SW is dead man, sw is dead....

@grubbyviper: vaporware also Techland's partnership with Deep Silver deteriorated which lead to Dead Island 2 going to yager then getting taken away from Yager, and Techland going on to make Dying Light as a indie project....who published it again?? game was a more realized version of the dead island system with other aspects [not really my kind of game honestly, i like the zombie smash but the parkour gets old for me also story was worse than DI's]

most of these seem like pipe dreams and vaproware anymore....

Agent?? sure they keep filing the trademark but they keep pushing out GTA and RDR in the mean time, now would have been a great time to say hey, Agent is coming soon.....

Half Life 3 is never happening......and neither is Dead island 2 [at least not in the form we saw in 2014] and who cares about EA star wars games now??? if all they're doing is games as service BS they can frack off.....for good lol
