@dlCHIEF58: read what i said moron......you keep ignoring half of my point the history doesn't matter now cus the console cycle we're talking about is long since dead and all of the games on the consoles back then were ugly as hell and didn't represent the arcade originals.....all these pubs may have started as good but they are bad now...now and tomorrow is what matters not yesterday......f**k the past....we're living in a wasteland era for games where it's a rarity when games are good or complete....and the blame for this?? gamers and bad publishers who have always been kinda bad.....

@dlCHIEF58: Atari 2600 was such sh**t that everything sorta blends together, all the games on it was kinda bad or just bad.....it was such simplistic tech though so they couldn't match arcade, NES was a better start for gaming cus at least there the visual and sound design was a lot better....

i still say Activision was a hack publisher always has been, always will be.....I played a few Activision games way back and I got to a point where I was like if it has Activision on the box skip it....i was never impressed with their games.....the first game I was impressed with was THPS but even there I went out of my way to play the other skateboarding games....Street Skater, Grooveride, Thrasher Skate & Destroy and others but it was THPS3 that made me buy in, my brother was a fan of the first 2 THPS games though so he bought those....

if Kotick was in charge of Acti in the 90's I wouldn't know, from my perspective they got to be really bad after the Vivendi takeover, it was around 2005 where that asshat came to the forefront and started making a name for himself...before then I wasn't aware who was at the top and didn't care cus IMO they sucked anyways,,,,,

i really don't give 2 sh**ts and a F about their history cus they suck....sorry but your fave publisher is and has been involved in a lot of bad stuff....i don't get your issue, all publishers kinda suck....it's just some suck more than others, I could see you getting pissed cus i mentioned 2K/Take 2 they're kinda loved...activision has always been seen as a bit of a vilain....

pac man a game that barely resembled the arcade game.....i get it, the gfx couldn't match arcade but man they didn't even try, it was a 1 man operation for that game.....ET as well was 1 guy.....offt, I played these games LMFAO!!! they're sh**t, absolute sh**t.....I'm wrong laughable lol Activision was one of the prime publishers of garbage on Atari

what about the PSX and PS2 eras?? Blast Chamber did nothing really, the Spiderman games were kinda meh, the on;y real hit they had on PS2 was THPS but after American Wasteland the series declined sharply, COD was a fluke, I don;t see how the hell the first few games did so well, I get COD 4 why it hit big but man that's another IP they've run into the ground, prototype failed cus it was a me too game trying to cash in on Crackdown and Infamous success but crackdown was merely a good idea, Infamous perfected it and prototype was more like eww we can;t top either so let's just go as generic as we can.....

see around the end of PS2's life Activision was about to go bust but for some fracking reason Vivendi universal bought em and we got all the crap we see now....

NO, Activision is, was and always will be a bad publisher....pushing bad games.....

Activision has always sucked ass.....they were part of the cause of the first gaming collapse, I'd keep that in mind whenever you consider buying their games.....

2K/Take Two used to be pretty awesome but over the last 15 years they've become about as bad as the rest.....

Square Enix became bad when they merged.....when it was just Square they were halfway decent.....

Capcom used to be good but again ever since like 2000 thay've slowly gotten worse and worse.....

Sega has always had good games but some of their practices have always been bad....like forcing unfinished games out even in the hayday of arcade.....

Ubisoft has always either been forgettable or just bad.....like in the 80's I don't think i ever remember seeing their logo on any games i played and it wasn't until.....Far Cry 1 that I really played anything from em but from there IMO they've gotten worse

Valve used to be one of the best developers ever then they started Steam to self publish their games and slowly started publishing everyone else's stuff and over the last decade since then they've become more and more absorbed in the other stuff and not games really that their actual games just suffer and the stuff they create now is way out of touch plus they mismanage their storefront and now indie devs are starting to pull out and put their games on other platforms that aren't plagued by fly by night devs.....

this kinda looks bad IMO, moves seem about as limited as Rise of The Robots, characters look too clunky.....and movement seems slow.....
