So, I'd like to know whether anyone truly believes that the Forza series holds up to the Gran Turismo series visually? BluRayHiDef

I think FM4 holds really really well with GT5. Theyre about the same for me. GT5 has better lighting, colors and shader while FM4 has better modelling, textures and is more consistent. .

I dont know if it was sopose to be troll atempt or just a joke post. Either way i wasnt very good ;) Those shots are from E3 video right? Seems like this location now has significantly better lighting than back then.

Well yes....except different tyre model, suspension, AI, laser scanned tracks etc... So basicly its very different driving game ;)

Do you really even notice the difference between 720 and 1080 when you're playing, or is it just something morons on System Wars complain about in screenshots?

Did you noticed difference between SD and 720P (PS2 vs PS3 resolution?). Difference between 720p and 1080p is just as big. That being said, BF4 will be higher res than 720p. It just wont be 1080p.

FM5 demo on TGS is exactly the same build they had in GC and PAX. The reason why IQ is worse are not calibrated TVs. However its possible that Laguna Seca demo look worse that Prague from E3. Its hard to compare 2 such a different tracks but i would be suprised if Laguna Seca demo had worse image quality. And it doesnt have to mean downgrade from alpha. Prague demo is tme trial and Laguna is race mode. Forza 4 used higher AA in time trials. Perhaps thats also the case in FM5.
