I bought Red Faction. The first one, second, and one other. Two worked.The first one didn't work on my PC.I assume because I now have windows 7 and the first one is an old game. What this has done to me is make me want to investigate a game I want to buy before I do. It is an extra step I must take i.e. checking the compatibility. I wish those offering the games would include this information in their ads.

If you are getting your keester whacked all the time in MP then go to "Combat Training" in the menu instead of going online. You can pick the mode of the AI and type of game, etc. I picked regular and it is close to what Iought to experience when I play MP. (Not what I DO experience but what I ought to experience) That is to say...those I am playing against don't "automatically see me and kill me with one shot". My score is more reasonable and not so heavily in the death category. It is great practice to prepare for going online against those "natural born killers". Good luck.

Riddick is both a fight game and a shooter I think. There is a smidge of a puzzle game too. Try Thief, SplinterCell,any shooter but especially Quake series. Unreal series,COD series, Medal of Honor series, Soldier of Fortune (the first one), Max Payne, Deus EX (first or last), Day of Defeat (they are still playing it online, multiplayer on STEAM)or whatever works for you. The one I have played lately that is kind of fun and works really well is "Left for Dead". I got them cheap on STEAM. Them meaning both 1 and 2. What a deal.

The performance when I play Black Ops is not up to snuff. The movement and soundis dicey. My settings are default. I understand I can lower what has been selected by my computer and maybe improve the game. I am not sure what to change in settings and I wonder if increasing my RAM from 2 to 4 Gbs would have a positiveaffect or even a solution. Thanks to "Crucial" website I have learned that I do have two empty RAM slots in my PC. I can upgrade.

I don't know and I don't see an answer in Black Ops discussion on this forum. That is why I ask the question now because it was somewhat hidden in the thread and easily overlooked. So...how do you change the name tag in COD:BO? Right now it is what looks like an E mail address. Not good.

Do I really have to have Windows LIve to play Bioshock 2? My single player games wont save unless I have Windows LIve? This is what I am hearing.

Single player is fine. However, when I try to play multiplayer it prompts that I need to update my version of the game. So I press the "ok" button but to no avail. No update. If I press enough buttons I may get the server browser so I pick a server and it may tease with the message that I am joining.....but I never do. I just keeps giving me the promise that I am joining. So I opt off stuck with only single player $60 later. What to do? I go online and there doesn't seem to be any update or patch to fix it. There is discussion but I want a straight forward offer of a patch. Is it beta? Is it the first or second patch? I went to EA and they are vague as well. According to the server browser there are servers out there and since the game offers a way to update I should be .....updated by now. I don't get all this. What up?
