Left for Dead. One or Two. Very cheap right now. On STEAM. I paid about 11 bucks. For both. Zombies.

I just got Left for dead and Left for Dead 2. It was a deal. I got a good price. This is a great game. Great graphics, AI, personalities, and super action. I have never played zombie games before. I am a virgin no more.

Got Left for dead and Left for dead 2 on STEAM. Lots of fun. Zombies. 66% off so it cost me a little over $11 for both of them. Through STEAM. Get them and go mad.

Snowblind and the first Flashpoint.

Is it a big, complicated deal to install Windows 7and retain STEAM? I went to Windows 7 Advisor and it says I have to do a lot of customization. It asked for an upgrade for STEAMbut when I go there it wants to uninstall my present installation. I get a little scared about losing my games. Any help would be nice.

I play both COD MW and COD WW. According to tests run I am getting the max i.e. 15m/5m. Someone on the forum suggested in another thread that one should install the Fios Optimizer. The tech did and it brought the PC's performance to all it could be. I am totally satisfied. Yay, Fios. Also, I have mistakenly bad-mouthed STEAM in the past. I am taking that back. I had a problem with one game and I went to support. They had the aswer and the problem was solved. BAM! This thread is done. Thanks to all who helped.

I have finally been able to join the legions of those who can afford Fios or any equal or better. I have 15m/5m Fios. I can finally play COD2 without the jerky picture. I may not still win or be on top but I can play without that blasted jerky. I would blame it on STEAM or the servers but the truth is it was on my end. Now that I have it I have no excuse for getting my butt kicked............to the moon. Movies steam seamlessly, games play without the jerk, and most importantly I am happy and silent. Pleased with my the result the techie has laid upon me today. Yippee!

You say my PC is presently 64 bit? How can you tell? I am ignorant about such matters. I assume you drew this conclusion from the info I gave in my opening thread. Got to be. Wow! My present OS isn't though is it? XP Professional. By upgrading to Windows 7 and if my PC is 64 bit capable as you say I am on my way to a better weekend. Coming up in days. Yippee!

I went online with my question and read that the 64 bit is used with 64 bit computers. Mine isn't presently. So I am surprised when I am told by theforum contributors that I can go to 64 bit. Wow! I am getting more and more excited. I also upgrading to Fios. This Friday.
