Shakugan no Shana II

I loved the 1st season of this series, so I came to the sequel with high hopes but those were swiftly dashed aside when the anime was at a point when the story was going absolutely nowhere :(. At least it managed to pick up by the 2nd half, but sadly the after taste of the 1st half was still there :P.

Rosario + Vampire

Yet another disappointing anime :P. I would have enjoyed this series if it followed the amazing manga story but instead all I got was fanservice, fanservice and more fanservice :?. This series didn't understand moderation, as it managed to get a pantyshot out of every high kick, jump or upward skirt movements the girls did. Well I've done a REVIEW for both the ANIME and MANGA , which you can compare.

I'm a big fan of great romance anime, so this one mangaed to fit my requirements :wink:. This is really just your typical high school romance anime but there was something special about it and my REVIEW goes into more detail. Glad I'm the Editor of this ones :).

Shigofumi: Letters from the Departed

I wasn't really expecting much from this series at first but it really surprised me with it's unique concept about a courier giving letters of those who have just died :?. These letters usually lead to some creepy, tense or horrorfying stories but it's a shame it didn't end as well as it could have :(. My REVIEW goes into more detail.

Well I'm surprised I became Trusted with this one, as it was a guide I was trying to become Editor for but was beaten to it by the one who's Editor for it now (DragonSpawn2006) :P. Well the anime itself was fairly average and I wouldn't really recommend it.

Karin ended up being a pretty enjoyable anime about are girl vampire that instead of sucking blood, makes blood :lol:. I would have really liked this anime but the problem is that it's a typical shoujo anime, so its full of your average shoujo annoyances.

Honey and Clover

I'm not much of a fan of Shoujo anime/manga but just like the
Lovely Complex, I really enjoyed this one. I could really relate to some of the characters and their struggles and I particularly enjoyed the idiotic antics of one of the guys (Morita) :D. This is a really laid back series, about life itself, so if you think you'll enjoy it, check it out :wink:.

Well now that I'm in a vampiric mood, from watching and reading Rosario+Vampire (btw... the anime sux), I decided to start watching Karin.

I'm glad to be the Edtior of one of my favorite mecha anime series and its also the current No.1 series on MAL . Well now that I can watch it on my TV, I plan to re-watch it someday and enjoy the whackyness of this fantastic series :D.

I watched this series back when I only started watching anime and it's been one of my favorites for a while, until some better series took over (Code Geass, Kanon, etc.) :D. Well currently the guide is a mess, so I'll fix it whenever I feel like re-watching it.

Next is a Shounen, Romantic, Comedy known as

Midori no Hibi

I loved this anime and the story about a guy having a girl for a hand was hilarious :lol:. Well I can't be bothered to mees with this guide cause I have many others.

Mx0 (Mahou x Zero)

Well technically this manga is still ongoing but after 90 chapters I think I've read enough for it to count as finished :P. This is you typical shounen high school manga but with magic and I must say, I love the addition of the well thought out magic :). What's more amazing is the male protagonist but you have to read it to find out why :wink:. I would love to see this getting animated in the future but not too soon, seeing how the manga needs to finish. My REVIEW goes into more detail.

Hunter x Hunter 8)

I came into this series not expecting much and the beginning wasn't much either but after I managed to get through the 1st 20 episodes it became really enjoyable :). It wasn't until getting to around eps. 40 that I truly understood why fans ridiculed Naruto for taking some ideas but I'm still a Naruto fan at heart :P. Still gotta watch the OVAs but I'll leave them till later and the same goes for my REVIEW .

Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team

I just finished this an hour ago, from making this blog, so I'm still basking in the "afterglow" of this amazing mecha series :D. Even though the series is incredibly old, to my standards, the animation was simple amazing, with the most realitic mecha action I have seen so far. I doubt Gundam 00 will be able to top this once I start watching it :P.

Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE

I was quite surprised to get this guide because 3 Editors had to retire. Well imagine what would happen when I'm forced to retire from my many guides :P? Anyways this was really an enjoyable anime when I 1st watched it and I would like to watch it again someday, seeing how I've forgotten a lot of the story :D.

Secondly I would like to mention my 57th Manga that I finished last night, it's a Seinen, Sci-fi, Action called

Zero-One

It's done by the same mangaka (manga artist) as Gantz, so there are some similarities in characters and artwork but the story was ruined because it was left unfinished :P. It definitely wasn't on the same level as my favorite manga (Gantz) and my REVIEW goes into more detail :).

Well I haven't been watching much anime lately as I've been a bit busy (for the 1st time) and I've been watching my faves with my fams (thank u xbox 360 update) :D. So are these are just the new series that I've been keeping up-2-date with.

But 1st here's some fanservice :wink:.

Clannad (Trusted) - I'm loving this series, not only because it is made by Kyoto Animation but the girls and guys are all enjoyable to watch. Kanon (2006) is better though. Nonetheless it is still my current fave for this season :P.

Ghost Hound (Editor) - A decent psychological anime but I've sorta lost interest in it :?.

H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~ (Editor) - I thought this would be a romance drama but the latest episode (8) basically killed the series for me :(.

Hayate no Gotoku! (Trusted) - This series feels like it's gone on forever but I'm still enjoying the comedy :).

Kimi-Kiss ~ Pure Rouge (Editor) - I just love this romance anime because even though it has a fairly typical story, the story revolves around 3 major romances :D.

Minami-ke ~ Okawari (Editor) - A great comedy but not as good as the 1st season :(.

Rosario + Vampire (Editor) - Basically a harem Rom/Com with so many pantyshots that I have become completely immune to them :P.

Shakugan no Shana II (Trusted) - Started of poorly but now it's starting to remind me why I loved the 1st season :).

Spice and Wolf (N/A) - A very interesting story that mixes in a supernatural element with medieval trade/economy :).

True Tears (Editor) - Started of as an average Rom/Com but it is slowly developing into some amazing. My 2nd fave for this season :D.

Zuko Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (N/A) - A wacky, fast paced, comedy that is full of parodies but it's not as good as the 1st season :P.
