So currently I have the rig in my sig (it rhymes!). Following parts should arrive tomorrow:

AMD phenom II x4 940 BE (3.0ghz stock)

XFX 4890 1gb

Antec 300 (same as in old build)

4gb DDR2 1066 RAM (same as in old build)

Biostar 790gx Motherboard ($79 off bundled with processor)

500gb HDD 32mb cache

700w OCZ PSU

So basically, I am giving the rig in my sig to my parents for $500. I am thinking of swapping the video cards in the rigs and keeping the e8500 system with a 4890...

What do you guys think? Keep the AMD or Keep the Intel?(with the 4890 for either)

How do people stand such large PC monitors? I sit less then 2 feet from my screen, 19"... PREFECT.SinfulPotato
