Personaly I celebrate 4th of July as a reminder of getting rid of America....

Saying the above as a joke tho, they do have truely awful beer and a wierd concept of the English language. I like to think Canada is what they could achieve if they tried to be more sensible and European possibly getting rid of most of the Southern states who are holding them back.

More importantly the satements on the issue from UK comedian Charlie Brooker are hilarious/genuis.

I honestly think Sony is in the same situation as Nintendo now were it can sell consoles simply of the quality of it's 1st party which is something Microsoft lack. But unlike Nintendo, Sony seem to have less creative restraints at the development teams which results in more new Ip's that run for a defined series length which is good.

Obviously the better the 1st party roster the better the library and the better the consoles sales as a reult so hopefully that makes Microsoft step up there game. However I think Microsoft is going to go after the casual gamer unfortunatly. However if the consoles high spec unlike the Wii this gen youl still get the 3rd party support.

I really didn't like Heavy Rain or L.A Noire. I don't buy into this photo realism in gaming

Well by the time the next gen rolls around I will have my degree and have took my place with a major Oil company that I have lined up and be on 40k a year so I could just get them all but I doubt I'l have enougth time for that.

I'l definatly be getting the PS4 simply because I don't like online, racing games or shooters and Sony offers that variety of 1st party exclusives that I love and has the 3rd party support the x-box has.
I'l probably get the Wii for Zelda (Which is worth it alone imho)
And upgrade my PC, I'm currently using a 3 year old Laptop which isn't even a gaming laptop (But it can run Shogun2 Total War so no complaints)
X-box is a maybe it really depends. I don't buy into this Kinect thing and there exclusive games don't really intrest me (Unless they can make RARE start turning out good games again but I see this as unlikely)

I didn't buy a game made or published by EA between 1998 and 2008. I honestly think the have got better this gen and started to take more risks with new Ip's.
