Maybe if they allow you to use removable media to transfer. I imagine there will still be license issues for the purchased content...only time will tell.

They weren't even called Rockstar back then. They were DMA Designs, just some programmers working for Take 2. That answers your question right there.

If it is subjective I would personally say an Epic Story, any game I am locked into for 40-80+ hours needs to have something really pulling me in. That is the most important part to me.

I would say the leveling/stats/gear is what gives an RPG it's name though.

I didn't think the story in the first DeathSmiles was actually that bad. I'm playing DS2 now and it's been fine so far. If it's the gameplay you are after, than it delivers. I'll take whatever I can get when it comes to Japanese Shmups being released here. A lot of Shmups now are being released "Region Free" they aren't translated, but like you said they don't really have to be. They aren't exactly heavy on story. I've played a ton of these games for the Dreamcast/Sega Saturn that I had to import and never had any problems with them not being localized.

As long as they make it hard to do accidentally than I am fine with it. I've had numerous times where I've dropped a controller and skipped one on accident. I enjoy cutscenes, so as long as you have to pause and go to skip cutscene I'm fine with them making it standard.

totally agree! Resonance of Fate was garbage....DrMario128

It was actually one of my favorite RPG's this gen. I appreciate games that are extremely difficult. Love the sense of accomplishment.

FF13 and Mass Effect are getting votes for Worst RPG from a list that has Two Worlds in it. FF13 wasn't the best in the series, but the worst RPG? Far from it.

It's a good game, but it's not even half the game that San Andreas was.charizard1605
GTA4 was a good "Experience" but it isn't a great GAME in my eyes. Once I finished the story I was done. It hasn't been back in my 360 since. It's not even the best of the GTA games, so best game ever made is quite a stretch. To each their own.
