Alot of my friends are 13 year olds, I am 15. I have been playing Battlefield for alot of time and I enjoy it. All my friends enjoy COD as hell and never ever played a battlefield game before. Should they buy it? I personally think they shouldn't. Their K/D in COD is 0.50 which is terrible. they shouldn't attempt to play battlefield 3. Should they buy battlefield 3?

Howdoes extreme lag and and toy gun sounds make it the best MP of all time?! MW2 is far superior gameplay imo!

Anyway, backon topic: i thought U2 multiplayer was quite enjoyable, but nothing really stood out for me. I thought it was a bit average. i gues i just couldn't get past that "learning curve". i always had possitive K : D though

thats odd. maybe try holding down the ps button for a longer duration. ive tried getting my controller to work on my laptop, but never had any joy with the drivers. hope you get it sorted. good luck

Im glad so many people are saying about the lag. i thought it was only me. i get on average 11mbps so its not my connection. the whole multiplayer experience is so bad, its near unplayable. i even get the lag/jerkiness in combat training! Another thing i really didnt like (and im not trying to utterly bash the game) is the gun sounds. they sound like plastic toy guns that you can buy from a toy shop. Graphically, its far inferior to MW2. the character models and animations are very bad. it was designed for xbox though, so its just a direct port. this is why it runs so bad on PS3. on the plus side, i actually really enjoyed the campaign. althoughthe plotwas rather cheesy, it had a few twists and turns which made it a bit gripping. And zombie mode is the definate highlight of the game. i agree its a bit monotonous and boring up til about round 10, especially if you die and havve to repeat those levels all over again. but the easter eggs and objectives are really fun. that said, however, i think they have pushed it as far as they can now and its ever so slightly starting to wear thin
