Try Koudelka, its a sort of horror RPG. Cinematics are brilliant for its time and story is great imo. Not too long, as its possible to do it in about 15-20 hours but im never one to rush an RPG as i like spending time levelling up etc. It also has turnbased combat which im more of a fan of too

its gonna be $499 in the US so i reckon we will get it for around £399. we always get bumped over here for pricing. but not bad really considering the price of other 3D tv's.

imo i think something like this is blurring the lines of console and PC gaming. i think there needs to be differences in platforms otherwise it just brings about confusion for first time buyers. more hardcore gamers are already used to using the controller they feel comfortable with anyway

A game i really enjoyed went under the radar and was very underated imo called Koudelka. it was made by some ex-Squaresoft staff and had stunning CG for its time and a very good story. the only thing that lets it down is the playing time. definately worth checking out though

The servers are out sourced to a third party called Demonware and sony just rent it off them. i guess they must have to pay an anual fee to them but the revenue is probably generated by royalties from products sold on PS store etc

Ive only played it a little, but i really enjoyed it. graphics are smart and i like the way you upgrade the weapons. I agree, online it a bit laggy, but i play with a friend on LAN
