So is this worth a crap on consoles or is it still a primarily pc franchise?

I'm not sure I am a pc gamer. I played the hell out of pc prior to halo, then get back into pc when wow came out, but hardly played any thing else other than wow. Now that I'm tired of it, I'm heading back to consoles. Beat Arkham Asylum, KZ3 and GoW3 in the past 2 weeks.

I'm excited for them and Mass Effect 3....partly because I've finally become sick and bleeping tired of wow.... hopefully for the last time.

I got Infamous 2 playing after several failed attempts of updating my ps3's firmware.

No it would not install the firmware from the game disc

No it would not recognize the firmware from a cd I burned.

No my ps3 would not update wirelessly- the update would abort with some error message at around 2 - 4%

In the end it took me running a 30 ft long ethernet cable directly from my wireless router to the ps3.

I find the xbox 360 to be very lacking in exclusives compared to ps3, but if I had to choose it would be Alan Wake or Gears. Forza also merits serious consideration. Not much else I can think of though.

Hey guys, long time since I've been over here. I'd love to play Infamous 2, BUT NO!!....SONY REQUIRES VERSION 3.66!

For some reason, windows 7 wont recognize my f***ing sd card i have attached to my usb port so I can't put the file on it. I've tried updating it wirelessly, but I get some nondescript error message. Also, I try to burn it to a cd. Sounds easy right!? So I burn the update file in the directory PS3>UPDATE>FILE with folder names in all caps. BUT NO!!...SONY PS3 WON'T RECOGNIZE IT.

Anyone have any idea how I can solve this ridiculous issue? Besides buy XBOX 360... already have one.

This pc will be mostly used for media, music, movies, and some games. I not a fps fanatic, but I do like wow, starcraft, civ and whatnot. If possible, I'd like to build a rig that will be good for another 3-5 yrs, and cost roughly $800-900 though anything that can keep that down towards 650-700 would be great. Thanks in advance for the tips
