I don't know how I feel about this. I lost so many hours of my life to the game Skyrim. I don't know if I want to lose it again!! well, yes.. I think I would haha.
@ricku1967: Definitely favoritism for sure. Kevin was one hell of a reviewer and I really enjoyed all his reviews. There was just a flow, all the small details he would include, and just in personality on how he carried himself through his material. Maybe professionalism is a poor choice in the comparison.
The questions you asked were more directed that I disliked the review do to my different in my opinion of the game, which was by far not what I was saying. The whole "arent people allowed to have a different opinion than you?" was again really off the mark because I didn't say I disliked the review because of what he thought of the game. Again, how I interpreted it could have been completely wrong in what you were trying to say!
@turianshepard: I guess we both have different opinions on respect. When I read his response it came off as very negative, not sure how you interpreted it, but I guess anyone could read it differently.
@ricku1967: I think you took what I said completely wrong. I am not disappointed in his opinion or the score that it was given. The quality of how the reviewer presented his material was not to the quality of how Kevin used to do his reviews.
You really need to read something before firing off on a hateful response. I was comparing one reviewer to another, not his "opinion" of the game and my "opinion."
I also hope the 1967 in your name doesn't represent the year you were born, because someone of that age should be a hell of a lot more respectful.
I am disappointed in this review, not that the game received an 8, but because this reviewer lacks the professionalism that Kevin had. I am really enjoying the game. One of the best Halo yet.
I would love a Chrono Trigger remake, but I would also hate it. I don't know if that could ever be remade with everything in check, plus able to breath new life in it.
