And even with those mods some people are still having trouble. Some still have their computer crash. Why put your PC at risk of being destroyed?

Pretty shitty when GOG.com claims their games will run on new OS when they don't without 3rd party mods.

They should rerelease Planescape Torment with support for current OS and upgraded resolution. I want to play it so bad but GOG.com doesn't support it for Windows 7 64 bit.

How many of these games have been made in the last 5 years? Are they really worth playing at this point?

I've never played Assassins Creed. Wanted to start with the first but heard it was very very repetitive. No point in starting the story from game 2.

The good thing is that when I called people idiots for buying up DLC years ago I was ostracized, but now other people are calling people idiots for me. I don't have to, though I still do to help solve the problem faster. The problem today is people are still buying all sorts of crappy DLC.

It's the youths and casuals to blame. They've come into gaming with no knowledge of how gaming used to be, where you paid once and received a full game and then maybe bought an expansion pack. They think that paying for weapons, levels, etc is a good deal and they always talk about CHOICE, these microtransactions give us CHOICE. How can they be so incredibly stupid?
