On the top of a mountain, just standing there with a bunch of hikers walking past me. I don't know, it was pretty awkward. =P

I would just get a nice case. The Logitech Playgear Pocket is a great choice for a simple and sleek case. If you want more of a travel case (bigger), then the Sony PSP traveler's case for $20 is a good option since it holds 2 extra games and 2 memory sticks. I have the latter one, and the only thing you should be aware of about the Sony case is that the opening for the headphones needs to be enlarged/cut a bit to allow proper fitting of the headphone jak into the PSP. Its simple to do so, but if you don't want to worry about all that then just go with the Playgear Pocket lol.

Its most certainly the big thing right now, but I wonder how much longer the press will continue to hype it up. The Wii is off to a stellar start, though, and its a great success for Nintendo. I just hope it will get some good games in. So far the calendar is looking a little thin...

Metal Gear Solid. (Would have picked Zelda, but Twilight Princess was a big letdown for me...)

No question about it it; Going Commando was the best R&C. I prefered its focus on exploration rather than action.

Its a great piece of technology, and one that I use just about everyday. Movies, music, games, Internet, RSS, it does it all! However, just know that the PSP is pricey. If you get a core package for $200, just don't forget to pick up a memory stick pro duo, too. 1 gigabyte should suffice.

I'd rather see the categories weighted differently depending on the game type. For example, sound in a rhythm game is more important than graphics for that same game.

Oh, god, not more of this, lol.

The PSP is doing fine, as a matter of fact I believe PSP sales are starting to pick up again. At the very least I know sales have been steady. The PSP seems to get at least one "AA" game per month, so its definitely got the games now too.

I personally use my PSP almost everyday. Not always for games, but I'm still getting plenty of use out of it. So for me at least, the PSP is not dead. Its the center of my "digital lifeforbidden>

[QUOTE="MgunHunter"] If I bought a Wii or Xbox360, I would miss out on enjoying many of my favorite games. Sure, some of my favorites will also be on the 360, but all of them will be on the PS3. I'll spend the extra cash if thats what it takes to play the games I like. Magical_Zebra

Why not just buy all the consoles then?

Because I don't have much of a reason to buy a Wii or 360, since the games I like have always been with Playstation. I'm sure if I owned an original Xbox for a few years then there would be games I felt that I needed to play on the 360. For example, Xbox owners who played Halo 1 and 2 are going to want to play Halo 3, and the only way to do that is to buy a 360.

I am just like that. I have followed great games like MGS for many years, and in order to continue enjoying those games I'll have to by a PS3.

Thats the reason for buying a console IMO. I guess in a sense its brand loyalty, but I think its a bit more justified than just, "Its Playstation!"

I actually fit the kind of person the TC is talking about. I have owned both a PS1 and PS2, and at first the PS3 was the obvious choice. Of course, with the $600 price tag I had to think a little, and I simply have decided to wait and see how the PS3 turns out. The reason for waiting is not simply because its a Playstation, but its because the series I know and love are on the Playstation. MGS, Ace Combat, ZOE, Ratchet and Clank, Armored Core, Gran Turismo, and some other of my favorite series are the reason for buying a PS3. If I bought a Wii or Xbox360, I would miss out on enjoying many of my favorite games. Sure, some of my favorites will also be on the 360, but all of them will be on the PS3. I'll spend the extra cash if thats what it takes to play the games I like.
