At this point in the game, you should be dealing with Team Galactic unleashing the demigod Pokemon, in the case of Diamond, that being Dailga. Team Galactic should be situated on the tallest mountain in the Sinnoh region. Get there, go through the maze of caves and get to the peak of the mountain. Once Team Galactic unleashes Dailga, either defeat it or catch it using your Master Ball. That should get the lights in the city you need the eighth and final Pokemon League Gym badge in order to enter the Pokemon League.

In Valor Lakefront theres a woman who says she lost her key this is what she says...
"What am I to do...? I've gone and dropped my Suite Key somewhere again... The hotel people won't be happy with me... I'm sute I had it when I left the reception counter earlier..."

I can not find that key anywhere (don't know if i'm suppose to find it or not).

Then again I can't even get to Sunyshore City because of blackouts.

That because my Assassin's Creed (I bought it when it first came out), my copy of the game kept locking up and I couldn't return it because someone lost the receipt. That game was real repetative, and no replay value.
