No, it's not that bad.

It's MUCH worse.

It looks decent because of how bad Mobile Suit Gundam was, but it was a truly terrible game.

Yes, overcoming these problems is nigh impossible. Heck, they never could make that game fit on the PS2.

Seeing as how the older titles didn't come close to filling a DVD, this is a non-issue. They want to sell copies and, thus, the 360 is vitally important.
