Going to be kind of hard to prove a player is underperforming isn't it? The rule sounds good on paper and in principle, but if players are doing this now this will not stop them. Only way they can even get caught is if one of them admits it after the fact. Is this really a big problem at these events? I mean whoever wins has to beat many people, not just one or two people in a final match.
