@funkyzoom @MajinSquall Darn I don't think any product gets that high of a tax in the US for importing, although maybe that is why we also have a $403 billion trade deficit :/
@hauro If you read the posted date it was updated before the Xbox One took back first on Amazon that happened very late yesterday (the 17th) but these are not my numbers anyway. I found out about it from Machinima in a video about PS4 sales vs Xbox One sales.
@Acekidder It may be good however if it is like the family plan is today with the primary account vs. secondary accounts, it may not allow two primary accounts to share each other libraries. There will be some kind of restriction imposed otherwise they will lose tons of game sales and no publisher would want to be on this system. You really think they will just let you buy one CoD game for ten users, that is not "how it works today." unless your in one home but not in 10.
That is a good feature, however that will only work on one Xbox for the entire family confirmed in the interview. If your at a friends house and you do not have a gold account I am sure it will let you play single player from the library, but I am willing to bet not the MP unless that account is also a gold account maybe but not confirmed. Yes the plan will change but it is there and they make a point of saying family plan don't they? Why do they keep saying "like it is today" also? Why would they not comment on MP and this feature? Like Wolf the other feature are keeping me away from this and this is the only feature I want to learn about but like everything else they are not being very clear about it. If you have to be a lawyer to understand how to use your product, just maybe it isn't a great product.
@WolfGrey @hauro I am pretty sure it won't be quite like you think. I am not saying it will 100% be this way but they have said it "will work like it does today" and as of today on a family plan you have to have one primary account and the rest are secondary accounts that are gimped a bit. I will post the link to the current plan.
Also Angry Joe on Youtube has an interview with Major Nelson and they talk about this feature a bit and in his commentary about the video he stated that they told him you can play single player for the two at a time and would not comment about MP at all, so I can guess that answer. Go to youtube and watch it for yourself.
You need to read the license part again because it say Family and how it works today several times and in the video Major Nelson says only two people can access the library at one time so what about the other people on the plan? All I am saying is until they explain this feature fully don't get your hope up to high about it just in case it doesn't work as good as you think it might.
