Just read this article and while we knew the Xbox had to check in every 24 hours they have also announced that when gaming it has to check in every hour on the hour! For those of you that think MS will not monitor us in our homes I bet Verizon customers thought the same thing, but I guess it won't be MS but the US government that checks the voice and video data. Plus the NSA confirms they are already data mining Skype that is on the Xbox as well as 8 other web sites. Don't care what games they show nothing will convince me to buy this crap.
Xpadder is your answer for never having to use a keyboard or mouse with any game on PC, it allows you to use any controller you can connect to a PC like the Xbox 360 controller for example.
@Hilux- @finalkain I was thinking the same thing and I bet it is cheaper to pay the guy off then all the court costs and lawyer fees unless this guy refuses to sell or something like that. No lawyer is doing pro bono work for Micosoft so this seems odd.
When you buy a physical copy of any product the manufacture is paid for that one product sold. It doesn't matter if it changes hands one thousand times it is still only one physical copy of said product and they where already paid for it. No other product made gives the company that made it money again if it is resold to someone, not one. Why, because it is only one physical copy they had to make.
Just because you might really like gaming and you may think they deserve to be treated special, that is total BS. Why don't people give money to Ford if they resale a car, or Tom Clancy if I sell one of his books, or George Lucas if I trade in or sale all the Star Wars movies? Simple, they already have been paid for that product, by me. I should be able to use it however I want including the right to resale it, lend it out, or use it for target practice. Any company that tries to do what this proposal is for a used product should get all the wrath we as consumers have to give. I hope Sony is listening because MS sure as hell isn't. I smell some class action lawsuits in the future because of the 1st sale doctrine. (Wikipedia explains this well if your interested)
You want to force DRM on people then sell only digital products online and reduce the price you charge for them since you have no packing, no printing, no pressing, and no shipping costs at all. You make a physical product you have to use the same rules that all other physical products have to use. The rage I see at this makes me proud to be a gamer and I haven't been able to say that in quite a while!

@neroist I took the same survey, my favorite part was when I said I was less likely to buy the Xbox 1 after the Xbox reveal and the survey switched to a please explain screen. I should have just typed TV, TV, TV, sports, sports, sports, TV, TV, TV, Kinect.
