@wildkeny I do play Dark Souls and love that game. It is way better then Witcher by miles and miles. Better combat, levels, level up, gear, bosses, everything is done better in that game.

It isn't how the game looks the levels force you down one path only, plus you do have to run around the same maps over and over. NO it doesn't have the same combat system but it does have the same type of level designs. If you noticed the only thing I like about the Witcher is the combat.

@pal_080 @Grenadeh I have to disagree with you, if you like the story maybe you just didn't notice how bad the game play really is. When you don't like the story like myself and many others it is a VERY boring game. In my post below I listed the things I didn't like about the game, I love RPG games but hate the Witcher games. Very poorly designed games in my opinion no better then Dragon Age 2, in fact I would rather play DA2 over this game, it was at least paced much better and not as boring to play overall.

I like this company and their policies, I just wish I liked their games.

I tried to like the Witcher 2 but hated the story and it's ending, didn't like the poor Dragon Age 2 type level designs having you explore the same map over and over, sometimes it is very unclear what you even have to do for the quest, plus all the other game play things like crafting, leveling, etc, were only average and felt broken to me somehow. Really the only thing I liked about Witcher 2 was the combat, that was good. The only problem with the combat was there wasn't enough of it, too many quests revolved around fetching items for NPC's to get a book or something else you need without any combat or adventure and/or exploration needed, just talking to NPC's that rattle on and on all day about things I could care a less about, I want to use my powers and combat skills, not talk all day. I hope that Cyberpunk game rocks so I can buy that and support them at least. I just can't stand Geralt as a main character so won't be getting Witcher 3, but am hopeful for Cyberpunk.

Before you rage about how great Witcher is and all that crap, This is my opinion alone and I have played it so nothing you say will change my opinion. It is a very story driven game that unless your really into the story is very difficult to enjoy otherwise. If your into the story you will love it, otherwise you'll be very, very bored with it. Like I said I really hope Cyberpunk rocks so I can support them and their efforts, but I won't buy any game I don't have fun playing, no matter who makes it.

That hasn't been confirmed as always online and they both (MS and Sony) plan on selling the previous generations games on their marketplaces according to reports. It is simple software emulation just like the current 360 has for Xbox 1 games but they want you to buy the game again, not use your current disc. Besides you can always keep your old system hooked up right along with the new ones (if your TV has enough inputs.)

I agree with you that BFBC2 rocked over BF3 and a BFBC3 would have been awesome to me over BF4 that I will skip over just like this new CoD. Maybe we need a CoD set in the Dark Ages with crossbows and swords for a real change of pace, or a Battlefield set in the Civil War, anything other then yet another modern warfare shooter.

@Gallowhand @linfo28

That is true, think about it they sell at least 20 million with a new CoD so if they shelve it for three years they would lose 60 million in potential sales, not going to happen unless it doesn't sale one year. But every year it grows its sales over the last year so don't hold your breath.

Don't forget the money they get from paid yearly fees, DLC, etc for each game on top of the 20 Million plus sold each year. This is a huge cash cow for them, way bigger then any other game out there right now. I do understand what you mean and don't fully disagree, however there is just way too much money at stake for them to do that at this time.

@BelaidKL @JOHN1486 Don't worry about the gamers that bash you because they don't like CoD now, but own all but one or two of them anyway. I stopped playing CoD after BO 1 but understand why people still play it and won't bash them because of it. The reason is simple, any game YOU enjoy is a good game for YOU. Don't let these pretenders discourage you from a game you like. How do they know what makes a great game for you, they don't know your tastes.

Over 20 million people that play this is nothing to be ignored, the game does it's job by providing people with something FUN to play for them. So what if some people hate on it, they think it makes them cool somehow. Forget them play what YOU like and you can't go wrong.

My "guilty pleasure" my not be CoD that is cool to hate on, mine is Madden and that gets plenty of it's own hate. But guess what I enjoy it and don't give a darn about what some fool on the internet that most likely hasn't even played it has to say about it. Neither do the millions of people that also buy it. Never be ashamed of a game you like, you can not be wrong about that, it is your opinion that matters most, not theirs. Play on and enjoy the games that make you happy.

@SipahSalar @shadowhunter0 @codeman101360 True it isn't like they steal money from gamers that buy all the CoD games willingly. Like the game or hate it they didn't do anything unethical like stealing money.
