My BF4 copy came with the China Rising DLC code which I redeemed. Is the DLC already released or not?

My PC currently has 3 sticks of Corsair 2048MB 1333MHz DDR3 ram. I wanted to upgrade this to 8GB but not sure how to find a compatible 2GB stick and an affordable one at that. Can someone please help me here

Out of all the COD games, the one I disliked the most would be MW3. For those who have Ghost on PS3, is it similar to MW3 or not?

Either COD or BF4. Depends on which my friend wants to play first.
