However i don't know wether you want 32 or 64bit?, 32 is better currently as some games don't support 64. However in the future we will start to need 64bit as it will supports more ram...
Yes, you only need one source game, however you will be limited to just HL2: E1 props that you can spawn.

Well by reading some of the reviews it seems the layout it bad and spacing between RAM and other things are very very limited, BIOS seem limited in overclocking abilities, some are saying the Gigabit is not working on arrival until updating but if you don't care about any of that I'd say go for itGP1mil
