I'm not fazed by that fact at all though- I'm still young- so there's no need to rush just yet. :)

First time I got into multiplayer was years ago- back when I had a mere modem connection (56K- potentially worse actually...)! :shock:

So it took me MANY years to really get into multiplayer.

So- in the field of 'making me stop playing a single player campaign for ages on end', AI skirmishes beat multiplayer to the punch... :P

The irony... :D ("So wait- single player drew you away from another aspect of itself?" :P Basically... )

I've played and liked the original Patapon- it wasn't bad. The aesthetic was charming- equipping and setting up your army tended to be fun as well.

The main problems were that spells were way too hard to pull off, the unfortunately necessary extensive replaying of hunting levels was a major turn off, and the game's rythym was sometimes inconsistent- leading toa fewmajor control issues.

These problems were the main reasons that Patapon is unquestionably in the 'love it or hate it' territory.

Suffice to say- I still liked Patapon. But not enough to have any interest in replaying it or buying the sequel.

If I recall what I read somewhere correctly- doom can actually be countered by using your summon, as the summon will apparently revive you when doom kills you.

I could be wrong though... :|

I personally don't think Phantom Menace is as bad as many people say it is...

Though that's not saying TOO much... I found it to be just barely decent overall.

Then were was Attack of the Clones...

If there is any 'worst movie ever' material in here- it'd be this one.

If they removed every single scene with Anakin and Padme until they reached Geonosis- MAYBE we would of had something actually bearable. (Everything else other than the scenes with Anakin and Padme before Geonosis ranged from 'actually decent' to 'just barely decent')

And then finally there was Revenge of the Sith...

Hmmm- wait- what happened in it again? :|

In all seriousness-Revenge of the Sithis definitely the film I remember the least of out of the three. It was that much of a 'meh'. I remember it being better than Attack of the Clones- but even Phantom Menace was more memorable than this soulless contraption...

So I guess admittedly- I found Phantom Menace to be the best of the three. But again- that's not saying much.

So overall imo:

Phantom Menace ("barely decent... BARELY') >>> Revenge of the Sith ('soulless contraption... meh') >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Attack of the Clones ('definite worst movie ever material')

Ok, I think I am warming up to this a bit. Just as long as all the characters don't look like that robot guy, and all the arenas aren't like that underwater place. I think that if High-Voltage can put in a good Wi-Fi system, this game might sell. And as long as the box art isn't cheesy :D

Its unfortunately been already confirmed that there will be no online multiplayer whatsoever... :|

As for what we're seeing now- I must say it looks surprisingly interesting. It looks WAY better gameplay wise than anything we saw with Gladiator A.D. (A.D was looking like arancid punch-out ripoff).

That voice acting is disasterous though... :| And it looks like it has some notable control issues as well.

I might keep my eye on this one now though.
