Believe it or not, Playboy is NOT porn. There would have to be penetration for it to be porn.

That's a personal interpretation, not a universal one. By the standard definition Playboy could certainly be considered porn by anyone who recognizes the pictures displayed within as obsenities.

Actually there was a law that was passed in the 90's that stated if there is no penetration, then it is not porn. Hustler=porn, Playboy=not porn.

That's the legal definition, anyways.
