Well to a guy who can only afford to buy and collect games for one system and trying to decide which to purchase, these announcements are music to my ears.
Hearing of the PS3 Slim's release with it's now smaller cool running chipset and 120gb hard drive, half the weight of it's predecessor, while a few days later it was announced that over 54% of 360's sold were returned with the RROD.
The choice is clear, so yesterday i reserved a PS3 Slim and Batman Arkham Asylum.
It just goes to show if your patient enough the choice becomes clear. A word of advice for 360 owners or future RROD owners what ever you'd like to be called, why not avoid the inevitable and just trade in your 360 and get a new PS3 Slim.
Honestly i really don't see what there is to think about, PS3 now has a completely remade piece of hardware and a cooler running chipset than it's predecessors with a nice size hard drive, let's not forget the FREE online service, better and more exclusive titles.
Out of the box rechargeable controller, blu-ray player, i mean c'mon what's left to consider, it couldn't be any clearer the PS3 is the only system to have.

how do u know that the slim might not have problems?:?It wont it's Sony! 360 puts power brick in chord? Where is it in a PS3? Inside where it belongs. PS3 has auto disc feeder, what's the 360 use a disc tray. PS3 uses Bluray with HD movie and unscratchable discs. What does the 360 use? Crap that's what. 360 you pay to play online. PS3 is free. PS3 has WiFi. the 360 doesn't. The PS3 has a web browser. The 360 doesn't. PS3 is made by Sony with a less than 10% failure rate. The 360 is made by MS with a 54% failure rate. A smart man's money is on Sony.
And what if I preferred the games on the 360 opposed to the ones on the PS3? what would you tell me then?
