All of you guys should stop worrying about this game. I have faith that From Software will deliver a great sequel. What's wrong about making it more accessible? Remember From wants their game to reach a wider audience. Don't you guys as gamers, want your franchise to become more popular and successful. Making it more accessible doesn't mean it's going to be easier. Many people quit Dark Souls not because of the difficulty but because of the tedious mechanics of the game. I don't by any means want this game to be easier, rather I would prefer the game's difficulty to be increased. I want this game to become popular and known as one of the greatest RPG's of this generation and for that to happen, it needs to be catered for a wider audience.

Considering that the game is set in a parallel universe, I'm just not thinking of the game as part of the original series.
