I have both 360 and PS3 and all I have to say is that missing Saint's Row means your not missing much. I sold that game about 2 weeks after I bought it. It is not a quality game. It's OK, just not worthwhile. Just play GTA SA until IV comes out.

This tv isn't full hd but hd ready. Which resolution will I be able to play with? (720p,1080i,1080p(upscaling)). Resistance Fall of man only supports up to 720p will I get a good image just like the images of the first page of this topic?
Or should I buy a the dell 2407wfs? This is a pc monitor thats supports up to 1080p. It is only 300 euro more than the sharp lcd tv.

The TV will probably play 720p and 1080i. You will have to check the specs to know for sure. Dont worry about getting 1080p unless you are getting a 60 inch tv. Experts cannot tell the difference between 1080i and 1080p until the tv's start getting around that size.
Since your job involves a lot of traveling you will probably get more use out of it then I ever did. Just remember to get a second battery for those longer trips if you dont have access to an electrical outlet on your trips.
Persolnally I regret buying mine. It just sits there, even the good games seem kind of lackluster. I would try it out first before buying.
If you do end up enjoying the PSP all the power to you. Games are for fun, at least to me. :)
I have no idea which side will win out but I know for sure that the battle is far from over. Blue-Ray is selling more for a few simple reasons 1: PS3 bundled with a disc (every PS3 sold is a blue-ray disc sold) 2: The 2 for one deals that big box stores have had on blue ray (2 disc's sold per 1 actually purchesed) HD DVD is not dead because 1: HD DVD players are outselling blue ray players 2: HD DVD has had no new releases in a few months, when must have movies come out such as the Matrix, the battle begins

Anyone remember MGS2 on the Xbox? It didn't sell enough to cover the port expenses.

I want them to come to the 360 so I dont have to pay an arm and a leg to play the only two games I want to play for the system. It is safe to assume that this is true for most people. You fail.
FF will never be on the 360. FF gets most of its sales from Japan where it is marketed heavily and last time I checked the 360 was in last place in Japan.
Kojima hated making the MGS2 port and has a different project for the 360.

So because FF sell well in Japan and Japan does not like the 360, FF will not be on the 360? That dosent make any sense. FF has switched systems before and you can bet it will again. If the PS3 fails or even if it just does ok in the US there will be a large interest in brining the game to the 360. The North American market is much, much larger then Japan. Kojima may have not liked making a port. But not making money will turn him into the Incredible Hulk. The Incredible Hulk that brings MGS to the 360. In all honesty I am sort of split on the idea of these exclusives going multi platform. If sony looses 3rd party support they will fail. If they fail the competition that drives the gaming industry will be shot to hell. No competition=Garbage games in times to come On the other hand I would like these games to be ported so I dont have to buy a PS3 to play the 3 must play games that I will just have to play at some point in time.
Is it just the price? Lack of decent games? The archaic controller?

That has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. It's a video game console, not an art show. The 360's harware is 'failing' because they have sold enough units to have some break If the PS3 sold enough units we would be complaining about its shoddy hardware. Why dont you mention the problems with developing games on the cell? Fanboy much? I want all the systems to do well so competition forces devs to make better games and come up with new ideas You seem to want the status quo. Thats just boring.

The PS3 is failing because of price, delays, lack of games, and not delivering on half of its promises. Fair enough. Perhaps I should look into having some fun for a change. The pickle in my bum is starting to hurt.
