Shouldn't have to do this as the community servers for connecting still work. Was just there the other night so you can set up a game and it shows on the server browse list, unless you have an illegal copy.

Agrees with Levrar on VATSIM, although I have never used them as I am not that good at remembering all the radio call backs and stuff but they are well organized and proffesional. I Have hundreds of hours in flight sim using Saitek Pro Flight Yoke, Switch panel and Throttle Quadrant. Someday I will get the guts to sign up with them :)

Stay away from DCS:BlackShark KA-50 and their new A-10 warthog unless you plan to spend many many hours learning a sim. These games were not designed for the casual gamer. KA-50 can take you 2 hours alone just to learn how to start it in Realistic Mode. Yes, as the previous poster stated there is a game mode but you will only be able to play that in Single player as none of the multiplayer servers are set to game mode and are all on Realistic mode. Don't get me wrong, they are both fantastic SIMULATIONS and I can not stress that word enough. I have KA-50 and enjoy it in single player and sometimes host multiplayer for friends only in game mode. If you are a beginer then first what kind of flying do you want to do? Combat? Commercial? Historic?

Combat: IL-2, MS Combat Simulator 3, Wings of Prey, Rise of Flight (this is WWI planes), H.A.W.X (more arcade then sim)

Commercial: Flight Sim X, Xplane-9 (Xplane has a bigger learning curve)

Historical: MS FlightSim 2004:A History of Flight (as it has historical flights like the first mail route)

Hope this helps! :D

Nope, I think all I bought was 1 6 dollar DLC. won't throw that much money at any game except MS FlightSim X. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling or contact the developer or Steam.

I have had it since it came out and it has never crashed on me. Got the steam version and it works flawlessly.

LOL, why should they listen? they continue to release junk and people continue to buy it anyway. Remember I said this when you go out to purchase Call of Duty 73 because the graphics are pretty.
