I believe they only introduced the PSN on 5.00. You'd have to update to that to get the PSN.

I'm like 95% sure you'll get PS2 rumble on your Dualshock 3. By the way, you CAN'T use original PS2 controllers...considering there is no port in which to plug them in.

Honestly, I'm a die-hard JRPG fan as well, but I'd say go for inFamous for now. I pre-ordered both, and I'm gonna pick them both up on the same day, but I honestly believe inFamous will be the first game in my system, after trying both demos (though the Cross Edge demo was confusing as hell in Japanese). The only exception would be if you already have a bunch of action games and don't have any JRPGs yet, such as Eternal Sonata, or no SRPGs, like Disgaea 3 or Valkyria Chronicles. I think Cross Edge looks great, but I think inFamous would be the better choice here, judging from the mainly positive reviews and feedback that it's been getting. If you're a JRPG fan, then you're most likely the patient type, so you can wait to get the other one, whichever you choose.

It's apparently caused by overheating, so try to keep it in a spacious area, so it lets the hot air out of the console.

Ah, see...the GAMES are region-free. Demos, and whatnot as well. However, the DLC is not. I tried installing costumes from the European store on the North American version of LittleBigPlanet, and the game wouldn't run anymore until I uninstalled them.

I would say to start with VI or IV, both those being my favorites. VII was great, though overrated, and I really enjoyed VIII and X.

I bought Valkyria Chronicles because of the demo, and I'm very glad I did. Also, the Resistance 2 beta confirmed the purchase for me.
