I was on hold for about a half hour the other day when calling X-Box costomer service. Why do they make you listen to house music?...Anyways, when I finally did speak to someone, all I could understand from her was: "jargon jargon jargon X-Box, jargon jargon jargon help you?"

Also her understanding of English was as poor as her speaking English. What should have been a quick two minute registration verification, took about fifteen minutes of me saying "...uh...what?"

If I do have problems with my 360, I don't look forward to having another phone conversation like that again.

Haha, I hear ya. I can never understand what they're saying. I usually have my buddy on the line as well so I can get a second opinion about what they're actually saying.

The reviews seem good there. Plus, the prices for building your own cpu seem pretty good. Does anyone here know anything about this company. Anyone own a digital storm computer? If so, how are they?

Plus, I'm trying to build my own cpu (first time!) so I can play Lord of the Rings Online/WoW/ and BFME2 at much faster speeds and higher graphical settings. Anyone have some specs or some cpu information about what can run the above mentioned games at a good level, specifically LoTRO?

So I'm trying to get my gamercard into my signature, and xbox.com had a tutorial on how to do so.

Unfortunately I can't get it to work. When I follow the instructions, when I hit apply changes on the preferences page, it shows my gamercard. But, when I check my forum posts it just says "Insert Gamertag Here Too"!? I looked at the example on the webpage, and I did it correctly, just isn't working for some reason.

How did you guys do it?

How did you guys receive your 360 back so fast? Mine just broke for the 2nd time and I don't expect to get it back in under a month. Plus, how are you receiving new consoles? The first time mine broke it was I assume from an overheating problem, and basically when I turned on my 360 the screen was black. This current break has been really weird. Games randomly crash, controller will be unresponsive, all downloads off of XBL marketplace fail, and saves take forever or fail. The first break occured 6 months after I received my console. This 2nd break occured only a month after I just got my console back.

Being disappointed with having a 2nd break already, I asked the customer service guy when I just get a spanking new console rather than have my current one just receive repair after repair. He just said sorry for the inconveniance, I'll send you a free gift game, Project Gotham Racing 3 :-(.

When my 360 first broke, customer service didn't seem that swamped, even when the Halo 3 beta was going on. For some reason there is a lot of problems going on at the moment. When does the new Falcon chip start getting put into consoles? I don't want to get my 360 back, and then have to wait for it to break again before I get this chip and end my problems (hopefully).
