[QUOTE="foxhound_fox"]I'm not happy it wasn't successful... I'm just happy they get to chew on that arrogant smugness now.MrSelf-Destruct
This. I'd prefer to see all good devs make money so they can keep making games. But it is nice that they have something to think about now, instead of just assuming that gamers are gonna eat up whatever they put out. Im actually happy it flopped and crytek is facing financial troubles, and no it wasnt because the game went multiplatform
-The way crytek treated pc gamers calling them pirates despite Crysis selling a boatload on pc, keep in mind that not many computers could run it at the time, even today not many computers can max it out.
- The way Crysis 2 was downgraded in every possible way fromt he older one, you can still create and port to console and it will end up a good game sometimes and even better one but not the other way around.
- Its sad that these days the more money spent on marketing for games wins, maybe people will invest more in their games than marketing campaigns now.
The only other flop I enjoyed was the supcom 2 flop, talk about destroying a franchise
