Keep on playing it. The thirst to see who the next boss is and what they're like keeps biting away at your mind until you go back to playing it at 3AM in the morning to get there and kick his/her rear. Genexi2

Don't get me wrong - I do like the game. I think it's really really cool. I'm just surprised that some sites have given it a 9/10, like Gamespot has. Personally I think it's probably in the 8.0 to 8.5 range... But yeah, I truly do think it's a solid game and I'm definitely enjoying it. I was just saying that I don't understand the hype... Like, some people were acting as if it was going to be on the same level as Smash Bros Brawl or something.

As others have said, if you have the internet and can play online, then it's a must-buy. Lots of fun. Buy a zapper for it too.

No, it's your fault for buying into the hype. Anyways, it definitely lived up to my expectations. Weee...

BioShockOwnz

How is that my fault? I didn't hype the game. This is supposed to be a gaming community, so I figured you guys were... Well, you know, gamers.... Why wouldn't I trust your opinions?

But don't worry. I've learned my lesson: Never trust small children with huge banners promoting mediocre games.

My first impressions... I feel the game was a little too overhyped - I was expecting more than what was delivered... But that's the fault of gamers telling everyone it's going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'm still early in the game but so far, I prefer the battle mechanics of Twilight Princess.Nash-MVPx2
After having a chance to play the game some more.. I still feel that the game was over-hyped, BUT I do like it a lot more now than I did when I first played it. The boss battles are really unique and it's just a cool game overall. I love it when Travis screams **** you!!" as he slices his enemies in half.

My girlfriend surprised me with this game today... Can't wait to try it out. Hopefully it lives up to the hype.

I have a question about the music.... Are you able to use any song for any part of the game you want? For example, if I unlocked the Gerudo Valley song or the Wii Sports theme, could I use any of them as my main menu theme? Or are the tracks designated to certain parts of the game only?

For example, when you look at Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, EA put together a great first-person shooter with great motion-controls. And when you play it, you sort of get the sense that they may have learned a bit from playing Metroid Prime 3. This got me to wondering: How often does this occur? Do all developers research other games in order to figure out what they could do to improve their own games?

Ubisoft claims that their upcoming sequel to Red Steel is going to be vastly improved over its predeccesor... Well, I for one hope that the development team has been playing hours and hours of Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 so they can see how a FPS game on the wii should be made.

I'd have to say the wii system itself. I was so pumped when it finally came in the mail.

But after that, probably Mario Galaxy. I think I like Twilight Princess more, but Mario Galaxy gave off an amazing, exciting vibe. Everyone knew that the wii was for real because it finally had a game worthy of competing for Game of The Year, and of course, it ended up winning that distinction with most gaming institutions. It was just really cool to pop it in for the first time.
