It's worth buying.

The story and voice acting may be cheesy but it gives that sorta thrilling B horror movie feeling. The game doesn't try to be scary like most people think, it tries to give you that Dawn of the Dead cheesy feeling and it succeeds.

The gameplay is fun and unique. It's like a more tactical doom, except you have a fun group of people with different abilities to spiceup the ride, and that for me was veeery fun. It's nice having some interaction between the group because it immerses you more in the story. Unlike doom or fear, you're not alone and depressed:D all the time and you get to control several characters (makes sense in the story) with unique powers. Most reviewers complained about your companions dying a lot, but if you use the rightcharacterat the right time it won't happen.

I could go on, but the bottom line is, it's worth it. :)
