@ojmstr: I agree a lot of the game is extremely repetitive which is part of the problem that put me off playing the game for a while as I play some of the newer stuff (still haven't beaten game). But you can't deny that it has some of the best stealth gameplay mechanics that have ever been in a game of this caliber. They probably shouldn't have made the game so large with a lot of vastness that has absolutely nothing for you to do.
@allenella: Yeah, except there are other images as well to MKII that have been around for a while now. These HD-upgrades were supposed to be part of an HD Trilogy remake that eventually became the Arcade Kombat Kollection.
It certainly pulled me away from getting Syndicate. I've finished every AC game to date (albeit, not Unity or Syndicate), but the horrible problems with Unity have never allowed me to finish it. I tried it on PC and it has never worked properly. I even saw the PS4 version is down to like $14 and I still can't drive myself to get it. I'm waiting for Syndicate on PC and will garner it in some other ways. Also Ubisoft, it wasn't just Unity that steered me away-- there were other shotty releases when they launched as well.....I remember FarCry 4 taking months before it was finally playable.
@Trev786: I agree, if they could make it slightly more in line with Condemned where you get melee weapons and very few guns then I think it would be a better experience.
